Mr. Browne is a civil engineer with over thirty years of experience in civil and environmental engineering projects. His primary area of expertise is solid waste consulting and permitting. He has also designed and permitted rock quarries and other surface mines, roads, storm drainage, water, wastewater and solid waste disposal systems for Cities, Counties, Authorities, Private Corporations and Industries in areas around the Southeastern United States. Mr. Browne founded Browne and Company, LLC in 2004, after previously serving as a Principal at another consulting firm.
